Reverse Grip Bench + Pull Ups

1. Reverse Grip Bench Press

190lbs x 1 x 15 sets

Reps 1-4 - 20 seconds rest
Rep 5 - 40 seconds rest
Reps 6-9 - 60 seconds rest
Reps 10 - 40 seconds rest
Reps 11-14 - 60 seconds rest
Rep 15 - 40 seconds rest


2. Weighted Pull Ups

35lbs x 1 warm up.

20lbs x 1 x 15 sets (20 seconds rest between sets)
