Squats + Press + Pull Ups

1. Squats

270lbs x 1 x 11 sets (40 seconds rest between sets)

2. Strict Press

6 sets of 4 reps w/ 125lbs

(The last rep of the 6th set wasn't so strict lol.)

3. Weighted Pull Ups

16 sets of 1 w/ 20lbs  (30-45 seconds rest in between sets)
