Low back wasn't functioning AT ALL because of the back raises I did on Monday lol.

2. DB Bench
55 x 20
65 x 10
55 x 8 (DB Incline)
3. Barbell Rows
155 x 5
180 x 5
205 x 7
4. Heavy Bag
(50 left, 50 right, 50 combo's) x 2
